Context
The bank wanted a new revenue stream by distributing insurance — but there was no bancassurance vertical yet, and it had to work across both digital and branch channels with many insurer partners.
My contribution
- Designed the sales flow distributed via the mobile app and 200+ branches.
- Defined partner integration requirements with 10+ insurers and a cross-channel (app + branch) journey.
