Context

An IBRD / World Bank programme aimed at energy independence combined lending with government grants — which meant coordinating many stakeholders, each with their own rules and compliance needs.

My contribution

  • Coordinated across cross-functional teams — product, compliance, IT and government bodies.
  • Supported the grant + loan process (BPMN), requirements and a compliance checklist, with a programme KPI dashboard.

Approach

  1. 1Discovery — stakeholder map across bank, government and IBRD.
  2. 2Requirements — grant + loan process and a compliance checklist.
  3. 3Delivery — cross-functional coordination.
  4. 4Validation — programme KPI dashboard.

What I’d do next / learnings

With this many stakeholders, a shared stakeholder map and a clear compliance checklist were what kept the programme moving.
