Context
When branch visits became hard amid the 2022 full-scale invasion, the bank needed to let customers open a full account remotely — fast, and in full regulatory compliance.
My contribution
- Delivered requirements for remote account opening: video verification and a remote KYC flow.
- Captured KYC/AML rules with compliance as testable acceptance criteria.
- Mapped the onboarding journey (As-Is / To-Be) and validated delivery in UAT.
